Reconditioning & Regrinding
Maximize your tooling life. Reconditioning and regrinding services extend the life and cost-to-production value of your Solid Carbide or High Speed Steel for standard or special tooling. Have your tooling reconditioned to original tool specifications - at approximately 1/4 the cost of new tooling. |

Design
Our design, development and research has enabled us to produce custom cutting tools as well as redesign and improve existing prototypes, making the design you provide even better. Once complete, Solid Edge tool drawings designed to meet your manufacturing specifications will be sent to you via email or fax for final approval. |

Ortho-Specials
Our Ortho-Specials are specifically designed tooling for special applications. Working with our design technicians, detailed Solid Edge drawings are developed for the application and material being cut. Tooling can be produced in Solid Carbide and High Speed Steel based on the application. |
